LD4 Conference on Linked Data: Linking Global Knowledge Co-Chairs Joe Cera, Jim Hahn, and Mary Seem are excited to announce that registration for the 2022 LD4 Conference is open! Join them virtually on July 11-15, 2022 to learn concrete ways that linked data benefits GLAM institutions and discover pathways to participation in linked data.
The conference is free to attend: choose one session or many! Whether you have already implemented linked data in your work or are just getting started, you will leave with a better understanding of what linked data is, how it can be used, and what you can do to get started or continue to incorporate linked data in your institutions or projects. By bringing together a broad range of perspectives, and centering diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethics in our discussions, we will create a community of practice for linked data in libraries.
Program highlights include panel sessions with the LD4 steering committee and the Library of Congress, workshops and tutorials on Sinope and Wikidata, LD4 affinity group meetings, and many opportunities for learning, brainstorming, and engaging with linked data.
To register, please visit the conference web site on Sched using the email address associated with your Zoom account. Only registered attendees will have access to the session links. For questions about the LD4 Conference, please contact the conference co-chairs.
