One way to put your art where your mouth is: The Milwaukee Art Museum and Carnegie Museum of Art have agreed to wager a loan of a major work of
Impressionist art on the outcome of Super Bowl XLV. The bet continues a tradition begun last year between the Indianapolis Museum of Art and the New Orleans Museum of Art. While the loans would be temporary, each work of art would fill gaps in otherwise strong Impressionist collections. Trash talk appears to be optional.
