Artists Rights Society Announces Launch of ARSNL.art

Artists Rights Society logoArtists Rights Society (ARS) has launched a new digital affiliate, ARSNL.art (pronounced ‘arsenal’). ARS describes ARSNL as “[r]ooted in legacy, born from technology” as they continue their fight to establish artist resale royalty through legislation it introduced in Congress, arguing for the opportunities that blockchain technology provides for all creators in the form of resale royalties, as well as assured provenance and market transparency. Despite arduous efforts, the U.S. continues to lag behind all member states of the EU.
Additionally, for the first time they will be facilitating the production of nascent works – from inception through production. Their first project will be Frank Stella: Geometries, original Frank Stella geometries as NFTs, with each owner also receiving the rights to 3D print the physical model.
